Seeking qualified consultancy agency/network for Hivos WNCB final evaluation

Dear colleagues,

Our programme Work: No Child's Business is seeking a consultancy agency/network with strong mixed method qualifications, and an international network to conduct their final evaluation. The evaluation is to assess the Theory of Change of the programme by leveraging existing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning data alongside two detailed studies conducted in two of the programme’s operational settings.
