Dear colleagues, 

Apologies for cross posting. 

Would you like to step back from your busy lives for a few hours a month to think about some of the challenges and opportunities you face as a leader/manager, together with peers? 

Would you like to 'shake up the snow globe', disrupt old ways of thinking and being and develop new insights to e.g. being more climate conscious, improving team dynamics, engaging with AI more critically, being more diverse and inclusive, expanding services sustainably, working more ethically amongst other things?

If so, Signe Sorensen and I (Ajoy) are holding space for a second cohort of 'Delving Deeper' - an initiative to strengthen the capacity of global development/humanitarian leaders and managers - between October and January at a discounted rate (our first cohort sold out fast and we've decided to run a second one). 

Drawing on an action learning approach, our intention is to help participants work towards the following outcomes: a deeper awareness of the situation people find themselves in, improved leadership practices and connecting with a community of like minded professionals.
