Dear Adaptive Allies,
My thinking has evolved since Dave Algoso and I set up the AdaptDev Google Group in 2016, but it retains a strong adaptive flavour, in a wider mix of complexity, systems, relationships, learning, power and incentives.
So, I thought I'd share my latest collation of resources and reflections on nurturing social systems that are full of life, rich with relationality, and shaped by everyday learning, and have the capacities needed to address complex social and developmental challenges.

In a new departure, I've included in the resources a table that - by harnessing AI's help to weave together my Readwise highlights and associated notes - gives access to extended summaries of some of the resources that I've found most interesting over the last six months.
