When you join the Google Group above, Google Play automatically applies an “always-approve” test card, which gives you full access for free during the testing phase. Because this is test billing, Google uses short billing cycles - that’s normal for test environments, but you won’t be charged at any point. Just PLEASE be sure before you sign up for a yearly subscription you check that the credit card selected is the "Test card, always approves" and not your own!

I’m looking for mutual Google Play testers for my Android app Network Share (a small connectivity tool for sharing your phone’s connection, including VPN, with other devices on the same Wi-Fi/hotspot).
