EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma, Microsoft Certification
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Great people skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
Superior Troubleshooting ability.
Ability to create and follow structured work plans.
Minimum 2 years of applicable experience, including phone and/or on-site technical support experience for small businesses.
Microsoft certification REQUIRED
Knowledge of Connectwise and Labtech, a big plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and support Mac/Apple products is a plus
Knowledge of medical and dental software and/or imaging technology is a plus.
Minimal travel may be required.
Reliable Transportation required.
JOB DUTIES:
Position: Systems Engineer
Hours: Full Time
Summary: Create happy customers by providing high quality technical support while maintaining an ongoing relationship. Listen to the needs of customers and provide quality solutions. Ensure that customers have technologies and policies in place to provide the desired levels of security, reliability and functionality. Provide referrals to the sales department. Keep up with existing and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities include:
Providing On-site and remote support for windows desktops and servers
Identifying new work opportunities and providing recommendations to customers
Refer potential projects to sales force as necessary
Maintaining accurate and timely records on work performed and customer configurations
Maintaining excellent communications with the service manager and other team members
