Greetings Friends,

Would you please share the attached flyers with those in your network?  The Salvation Army Kroc Center provides year-round performing & visual arts classes, teen leadership programs, senior citizen activities, and a myriad of workshops for all ages.   Today we begin the Ben Carson Reading Room Club contest.  Children ages 12 and under are encouraged to visit the Ben Carson "Think Big" Reading Room at the Kroc Center.  We will award gifts and prizes to all participants who keep track of their reading time.   Top prizes include Disney On Ice tickets and Kroc Center Scholarships for Day Camps, Visual Arts, & Dance Classes.  

We are also asking concerned adults to donate to The Salvation Army Kroc Center children's scholarship fund.   This allows you to sponsor a child to enroll in wonderful activities in our safe and fun environment.   Would you please consider a donation for one or more of the following activities:

1)  After School Care $30.00 per week/per child, includes transportation pick-up from the child's school.

2)  2-Day Fun Camp $30.00 per child, includes field trips to The Atlanta Zoo and The Children's Museum, meals, and all on site activities.

3)  Dance lessons $36.00 for 6 weeks/per child.  Classes are offered Tuesdays & Saturdays.  Ballet, Hip Hop, Praise, Jazz, and African Dance.

4)  Visual Arts (painting, drawing, and ceramics) workshops. $36.00 for 6 weeks/per child.  Classes are offered Fridays & Saturdays.

Your donation is tax-deductible.   We will be posting a list of our donors (except anonymous donors) in appreciation of the contribution and to encourage others to join in giving arts enrichment to the NPU-V children.    Thanks, in advance, for considering The Salvation Army Kroc Center children's program as one of your charity organizations.
