Dear Potential Homebuyer:

 

Thank you for registering for the Annual “Get on the Bus” Homebuyers Seminar and Bus Tour. We have scheduled a date for our upcoming bus tour, August 18, 2012 at 8:30a.m. Please find enclosed the flyer for this event. We will meet at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, SW.  Parking is available in the lot next door to Trinity United Methodist Church, located at the corner of Trinity Avenue and Washington Street, SW. Parking is FREE as long as you get a ticket when entering the parking garage. Remember, there is an income limit of $71,000 to qualify for the City program and you can purchase a house anywhere in the city of Atlanta for up to $250,000. 

 

Financial counselors will also be on hand Saturday, August 18^th to give you information on how to improve your credit. There will also be a company at the seminar to talk to people who have a credit score of just 580 and how they can potentially purchase a house in the future.
