Dear Businesses/ Homeowners,
You may want to attend the two meetings that are listed below. The City of Atlanta has been getting grants and loans so that we can work with businesses who may have Brownfield sites or who may be interested in purchasing Brownfield sites. Brownfield sites are usually old gas stations, transmissions shops, car repair, body and collision shops, paint factories, old battery shops and old car manufacturing plants and other such businesses like these. The current targeted areas are West End, Pittsburgh and Oakland City for District 4, but this can be expanded. The City is planning to apply for additional funds and wants you to have a seat at the table. This money can only be used within the City of Atlanta for Brownfield Projects. PLEASE COME.
