ITINERARY
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19
6:00pm – Departure from band room
Please be aware that Casey Elementary will be having their fall festival from
5:00-7:00pm. Parking will be an issue. Please keep the area clear so that our
trucks can exit the parking lot. Buses may need to park in front of the middle
school.
7:30pm – Stop to eat in Elizabethtown.
Choices: Wendy's, Ryan's, Crackerbarrel, Shoney's, and others.
8:45pm – Load buses to head to Louisville
9:30pm (ct) – Check-in to Comfort Suites (take uniforms in with you)

Louisville, KY
11:15pm (ct)- in rooms, lights out, and quiet. REST!
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20
7:30-8:30am (ct) – Breakfast in lobby (provided)
9:00am (ct) – On bus, in uniform. (no change of clothes is necessary)
9:30am (ct) – Arrival at Eastern High School (Middletown)
10:45am (ct) – Warm-up (only 30 min.)
11:30am (ct) – Semi-Finals performance.
After performance, put jackets, hats, instruments, and flags up, then load buses
and return to hotel. After returning to hotel, you may eat on your own at area
restaurants within walking distance. Snacks and drinks will also be available in the reserved conference room.
I should be back with word on results at around 2:00 or 2:30 ct.
3:45pm (ct) – If we make finals, this would be the earliest we would have to leave the
Hotel.
4:30pm (ct) – If we make finals, this would be the latest we would have to leave the hotel
Finals – Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
A – begins at 4:00pm (ct)
AA – 5:00pm (ct)
AAA– 6:00pm (ct)
AAAA – 7:00pm (ct)
AAAAA – 8:00pm (ct)
9:00pm (ct) – Finals Ceremony
10:30pm (ct) – Approximate arrival back at hotel
Pizza Party in Conference room of hotel. (provided for kids. All others - $5)
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21
Breakfast provided in lobby of hotel.
10:30am (ct) – Departure to come home
12:30pm (ct) – Approximate arrival back in Columbia.
