Acknowledgements not working

Any one have issues with Acknowledgements?

I'm logging with Kerberos SSO and I can't get any of my acknowledgements to take.

I can see them in the /var/lib/nagios3/rw/nagios.cmd but I can't seem to get them to do anything..
