SOLUTION: I switched from Whatsapp Business to Regular WhatsApp. All my broadcast lists and messages were imported. When logging in the first time, note that Broadcasts has now moved to SETTINGS tab in the lower right corner.

I am from India and I have the same issue. I have taken it up on twitter also and constantly emailing whatsapp support but to no avail. I have 2 sim cards in my iphone so cant use 2 normal whatsapp like people on android do, so i have to use whatsapp business, but without broadcast lists i cant connect with my customers which was a very important feature for me.

Looking at our WhatsApp integration guide states that each WhatsApp Business Account can have up to 25 phone numbers connected to it. As for the number of connections in Hubspot, I checked my internal documentation and it seems like the following:

Do you have a link to any documentation that states of confirms "There isn't a limit to WhatsApp Business Accounts that can be connected to HubSpot"

A client of ours would like to connect multiple accounts but, on their Sales Hub Pro portal, there is a padlock on whatsapp after the first accounts is connected and clicking the link take us to a Service Hub Pro upgrade page.

first of all thanks for publishing such a useful piece of software. As a long-term admin of our intern OTRS-instance and experienced Python/TypeScript developer I took a first look under the hood of Zammad and it`s really well structured. Great job!

We are willing to spend some resources on this topic in 2022. But there are some more questions before to start. So if you are working on WhatsApp integration already or plan to do it in near future please reply.

If you have whatsapp you are king I have my own open source platform I am running and I definitely know the issue with money and demand. Lots of requests but tipping in seems to be difficult. What kind of money are we talking about if I would like to get it developed?

Just a thought, how about some kind of zammad community crowd funding scheme for projects like whatapp, that way everybody who is interested can donate to the developers on a certain topic to reach a target quicker.

It is also possible to initiate a WhatsApp Msg from the business side. The requirement is to use a pre-defined template. This channel could be used for e.g. to send the customer a msg that a new comment was made on the ticket, or that the status of the ticked changed.

Chat transalation is available on Whatsapp but it is not showing on Whatsapp Business. The option isteslf is missing when select the AI button. It shows option for Wrtiing style and Spelling and grammar. When go to Samsung keyboard - Writing assist - Chat translation - Manage apps, the whatsapp business is not shwoing in available apps. Thanks.

Maybe it is not 100% straighforward, but there is a plugin that can send your messages to a webhook, and in n8n you have a simple workflow to forward it to your Whatsapp Business account. Here the link for the plugin:

Twilio change the protocols for send whatsapp menssage. In the past you only need to send the content of the message, now you need to register it and get an ID MESSAGE and when you send from mautic (or anyelse) do not send the text message, instead, send the ID MESSAGE that was preaproved in twilio.

Due to Meta's requirements for using the WhatsApp integration, you cannot connect a personal WhatsApp account to HubSpot and must connect a Business account instead. Learn how to convert a personal account to a WhatsApp Business account in WhatsApp's documentation.

Select an existing Meta Business Account that will be connected to your WhatsApp Business Account, or create a new Meta Business account. If you're creating a new Meta Business Account:

WhatsApp conversations will appear in the list of conversations associated with any of the status filters in the left sidebar (e.g., All open, All closed, sent, etc.), but it's highly recommended you create a custom view to filter for messages specific to your connected WhatsApp channels:

You can start a WhatsApp conversation with individual contacts in HubSpot from the contact record, or initiate it from the associated company, deal, ticket, or custom object record. You can also start WhatsApp conversations directly within the conversations inbox.

Incoming WhatsApp messages will create a new thread in the conversations inbox and start a WhatsApp session. You and your team can respond to WhatsApp messages in the conversations inbox for the duration of the session.

WhatsApp sessions will be open for 24 hours after the last response from the contact. Once an existing WhatsApp session has closed you can reinitiate the thread by sending a template message to the contact. If the contact replies to your template message it will open a new 24 hour session during which you can send non-templated WhatsApp messages.

A limit of 1000 conversations per month is shared by all your connected WhatsApp business accounts. The day of the month that the limit resets depends on the date you first purchased a Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. For example, if your subscription began on October 28, the limit will reset on the 28th of each month.

If an incoming message is sent from a phone number that matches the phone number stored in a contact's Phone number or Mobile phone number property, the conversation will automatically be associated with that contact.

Messages that violate WhatsApp content policy will be flagged and their content will be hidden in your inbox to prevent potential phishing attempts and reduce the risk of sharing personally identifiable information.

View-only Seats users do not have access to email, chat, or phone support. If you have multiple HubSpot products, your support options are based on your highest subscription. Learn more about getting help with HubSpot.

What you might not know about are the different accounts WhatsApp offers to help businesses get in touch with those 2 billion active users. A business account in WhatsApp means you can create branded business profiles to give customers extra information about your business, such as your website, a brief description, the office hours when a customer can expect a response, and more.

The main difference between WhatsApp Business vs WhatsApp is that the business solution offers a free app for small businesses and a paid API solution for larger ones that allow businesses to use rich messaging to communicate with users. Standard WhatsApp messaging is for personal use to keep in touch with friends and family.

Standard WhatsApp is a user-oriented WhatsApp account for individuals to send messages worldwide. A standard account in WhatsApp lets people sign up via their phone number in the WhatsApp app and get an account linked to their number.

Standard WhatsApp is freely available for both Android and iOS, and is used for one-to-one messages, voice calls, and video calls via a phone number. Users can also create group chats between multiple people.

The other option for businesses is the WhatsApp Business API, also known as the WhatsApp Business Platform. This solution is for large businesses and independent software vendors looking to integrate WhatsApp messaging into their own products. It's designed to handle much larger conversation volumes.

WhatsApp Business API is primarily designed for medium- to large- enterprises and independent software vendors. For example, if you develop a marketing automation tool, you might want to offer WhatsApp in addition to email, SMS, and RCS.

However, smaller businesses can also leverage WhatsApp Business API if they have technical resources to implement and manage the integration. While WhatsApp Business API offers advanced features and customization options, it likely requires a higher level of technical expertise and investment compared to the WhatsApp Business App.
