Sir / Madam,

Kindly refer to our email dated 14th July 2025 and in continuation to the trailing mail received from a student of Fashion Design Department wherein she has requested to make the name correction in Hindi Version.  

Inspite of several checking done (3 times signed by the student), the above request has been received from the student.  Hence, it is requested all departments to kindly circulate the attached name list (bilingual) to the Graduating Students and get the confirmation from them on or before 16th July 2025 in order to proceed further.

This is Theja (BD/20/1801) for FD Dpt. I had noticed that the hindi spelling of my name for the certificate is incorrect. I have attached the image of my name with the correct spelling in both English and Hindi. 

Kindly make the necessary changes and I apologize for the delayed response as I was travelling and wasn't able to respond immediately at the time.
