Dear Students,

As we approach the Graduation Showcase 2025, we request your full cooperation and adherence to the following instructions to ensure the event runs smoothly:

Venue: Taj Coromandel, Nungambakkam, Chennai
Date: 5th June 2025

1. All display products must reach the venue by 8:30 AM sharp.

2. Displays must be completely set up by 1:00 PM.

3. Be ready by 2:30 PM for the inauguration. The showcase will open to the public at 3:00 PM and remain open until 6:00 PM.

4. Pack-up will begin at 6:30 PM. Students must collect and take their respective products before the fashion show starts.

5. Entry cards will be distributed tomorrow. Carry your college ID card – it is mandatory for entry.

6. Dinner has been arranged for all participating students.

7. Dress code: Formal attire is compulsory.

We look forward to your active participation and teamwork in making this showcase a success.
