Dear All,
This is regarding the Convocation 2025 protocols.
· All procedures must be strictly followed. Reporting to the department by 8:50 AM on 07.11.2025 is mandatory. Registration and other formalities will be completed in the department.
· Rehearsals will begin at 9:50 AM. Therefore, you are required to report on time and proceed to the auditorium promptly for the rehearsal. Students who miss the rehearsal will not be permitted to participate in the main convocation ceremony.
· Timely reporting is of utmost importance.
· Please dress appropriately for this solemn occasion.
· Dress Code: Ethnic Wear – Off-White (Mandatory).
· As informed earlier, only one parent/guardian will be allowed inside the auditorium. Any additional accompanying person will be accommodated in the main building to view the ceremony via live streaming. They may remain on campus but will not be permitted inside the auditorium.
· After the convocation ceremony and lunch, students are advised to collect their mark sheet from the department.
· We sincerely appreciate your punctuality, discipline, and cooperation in maintaining decorum and honoring the significance of this occasion.
· Parking Advisory:
· Due to limited parking facilities at NIFT and ongoing Metro and road repair work in the vicinity, it will be very difficult to accommodate vehicles on campus. Students and parents are requested to make their own parking arrangements. It is strongly advised to use alternative transportation options such as drop-and-go services.
