1. Please circulate this info to the final year (2025-passing out batch) students to nominate themselves for these two categories of awards, along with the Scanned Copy of the relevant certificates in one single PDF:

     With files named as : Student_Department_Unique ID_Nomination Title 

     For Example Ms. Rithanya_KD_BD/21/3045_Student of the Year

2. The collected nominations to be vetted by the respective department CC's

3. Respective department CC's to email SDAC in the trailing mail on or before 30.06.25

This mail is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
