Items CANNOT be returned or refunded. This is to save my sanity because returns and dealing with all that sort of mail is, in my opinion, also LA MERDE. In other words, if you accidentally order the wrong product*, or the shirt you ordered doesn't fit** - tough beans. sa...@ajamstory.com within 7 days of shipment, with a description of the damaged product and a high resolution photo of the damaged product. If I determine that the request is legitimate, the damaged product will be replaced with the exact same product (if available) or exchanged for a product of similar value. Note, I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process.
