Wednesday, April 27 | Kimmel 400 Series | 7:30pmCome out for a night of
fun, non-alcoholic drinks, a
professionally catered dinner, raffles, and musical/mic performances by some of your fellow members!
Anyone is welcome to perform that night! We will have microphones and a sound system (bring an ipod) for performers.
Dress for the event will be semi-formal, so dress to impress!All attendees will receive one raffle ticket and may purchase tickets for an additional dollar per.
All proceeds from raffle tickets will be donated to Japan relief efforts.
At the event we will also be discussing E-Board selection for next year!
Three positions are currently open on the board:
Treasurer
Officer appointed to manage all organization expenses.
Required to attend NYU-mandated training session at beginning of fall and spring semesters.
Must be highly organized and punctual.
Secretary
Responsible for taking official minutes at all Executive Board meetings.
Also charged with sending out weekly listserv emails.
Webmaster
Must maintain the club website and update on a weekly basis.
Strong knowledge of HTML suggested.
