Congratulations! for being selected among our exhibitors during UTM Engineering-Industry Innovation Day (EII Day) which will be held on 11 - 12 September 2019. Faculty of Engineering (FE), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) would like to express our gratitude on your participation.

You are granted for booth #B22 (auto-generated randomly). Please refer to the Dewan Sultan Iskandar (DSI) layout as attached.

For your information, B11 until B14 are reserved for our Diamond Sponsors and UTM platinum exhibitors. While B25 until B30 (lobby area) are also reserved for our selected exhibitors.

Booth preparation starts at 9:00 AM- 4:30 PM, 10th September 2019 (Tuesday).  Please follow the steps below:
1. Register at DSI registration table (9:00 - 11:00 AM)
2. Starts booth setup up to 4:30 PM.
4. DSI will be closed at 5:00 PM for safety purpose.

All booths are equipped with:
1. One 2'x4' table.

2. Two plastic chairs.
3.  One plug point 13 amp.

Booth types:
Three walls.

Booth facing:
All booths are facing towards middle passage except for B9-B10 are facing B7-B8 and B15-B16 are facing B17-B18.

Booth dimensions:
10' x 10 'x 8' (width x length x height in feets)

All exhibitors are advised to follow the time range (9:00 AM - 4:30 PM) for booth preparation due to safety caution. You are free to bring your own equipment and exhibitions items as long as it will not be a disturbance to other exhibitors and must be within your booth area. Dangerous items are STRICTLY prohibited to be showcase. 

Upon end of the event which scheduled on 12th September 2019 at 1:00 PM, all exhibitors need to clear their respective booth by 2:00 PM. All rubbish at your booth area must be taken out from the hall. Please bring along power extension and other stationery for your own booth setup.
