LOOKING AHEAD

COLLABORATIVE READING OF THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, Tuesday, March 4th, 7 PM. Brush Up Your Shakespeare! In preparation for our Gala, this will be a free, participatory reading of the original play by Shakespeare. Everyone who wants to take a turn reading and playing a part is invited, on Zoom. Speaker & Author Paul Kaplan returns to honor Women's History Month in a fascinating Talk and Book Signing. His short biography profiles the life of Lillian Wald, who some historians call “one of the most influential but least known people of the early 20th century.” She was part of New York history, Jewish history, and LGBTQ history.
