Activity Streams Media Type

I've been thinking more and more lately that Activity Streams really
should have a distinct media type. I'm thinking along the lines of
application/activity+json. Thoughts? Issues?

This was discussed in another thread a few months back. I think we landed on (and implemented) application/stream+json.

That works. Need to get it documented and registered
