Connection Error, dataset unavailable

Hello everyone. I'm observing the dataset homepage link to download the dataset is broken (or the server seems to be down) and therefore the FiftyOne library is not able to download it: http://activity-net.org/download.html (when clicking download, it's not available).

ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='ec2-52-25-205-214.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /files/activity_net.v1-2.min.json (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x00000278D0DAA210>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it'))

I've tried it for a week or so and it keeps showing the same error.

I would be really thankful to receive help on this, as I would like to use it for a project we're working on.
