Inquiry Regarding Dataset Issues and Download Quota Exceeded Error

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention some issues I encountered while working with your dataset.

I am currently conducting experiments on the test split of the dataset. However, upon examining the "test_a.json" and "test_q.json" files, I noticed that some "question_id" corresponding videos are missing from the "v1-3_test" folder. To investigate further, I wrote a script to count the number of videos corresponding to "question_id" in both the "v1-3_test" and "missing_files_v1-3_test" folders.

I found that there are a total of 417 videos in the "v1-3_test" folder and 17 videos in the "missing_files_v1-3_test" folder.

Despite the theoretical expectation of 800 independent videos, each containing 10 questions and answers, I am still encountering cases where "question_id" does not correspond to any video. I am wondering if this discrepancy is due to different dataset versions. Also, I would like to inquire whether the v1-2_test dataset might contain all the videos listed in the JSON files.

Additionally, I am facing difficulties in continuing to download the dataset from the Google Drive link provided. I am receiving the following error message:

"googleapiclient.errors.HttpError: <HttpError 403 when requesting https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v3/files/1fNCdiQ4EduklGXFavCHhi1BkVB5fsJk9?alt=media returned 'The download quota for this file has been exceeded.'".

Could you please clarify if this is due to an overwhelming number of users simultaneously downloading from your Google Drive link? Furthermore, I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with downloading the remaining dataset.

I understand that addressing these issues may require time and effort, and I sincerely appreciate your attention to my concerns. Thank you for your assistance in resolving these matters.
