Download quota exceeded for this file

When I attempt to download the files via the google drive link I get the following error.

"Download quota exceeded for this file"

A quick search showed that the quota should reset daily but I have tried a couple of days this week.

I also attempted to download via the baidu link but the website asks me to download third party software to access the files.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am getting the same issue on google drive. This happened yesterday and now again.

Tha Baidu link(https://pan.baidu.com/s/1Ic6wrvOUJARgnqRSk-BzjA) in the shared google drive README file also doesnt work.

Error on Baidu's page: "Ah oh, you are late, and the shared files have been deleted. Please be earlier next time."

The Baidu link expires every seven days. This is why the error appears.

Google drive has a limitation on the download quota.

Try it again should be helpful. If the issue still exists, I can send you another link to the backup dataset.
