Hi, 

Thanks to the Google drive you sent me, I was interested in activitnet.

But there's a problem with downloading
Can I know a solution to this error message, "The download capacity of the file has exceeded and cannot be downloaded at this time" ?

Google Drive has a restriction on the number of parallel downloads of the same file. The error you got means that there are currently too many users downloading the same file. Please wait and try at another time.
