Hey Anthony,

I was working on a project that had a migration that used your rails_sql_views gem. We had to upgrade to the mysql2 adapter, so I forked your project to add it. It was really straightforward as your code is well organized :) Anyway, I figured mysql2 support might help out others as well. Thanks for the great work!
