Issue 13: Uncomfortable case sensitive translations
http://code.google.com/p/activescaffoldlocalize/issues/detail?id=13

New issue report by szy...@jez.net.pl:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Translating some word like "Close" to for example polish "Zamknij"
2. And navigating to some place where "close" is translated.
3. "close" will aper without beeing translated to "zamknij" or "Zamknij"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that "close" will bee translated to "zamknij" but "close" appeared.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Activescaffold 1.1.1 and activescaffoldlocalize recent trunk version.

Please provide any additional information below.
Could this be fixed ? Is this a good idea ? Is this issue related
rather to
Globalize than to activescaffoldlocalize ?

This may be a good idea if all languages treat capitalization the same
way. With that in doubt, ASL has taken the easy way out and not
applied any capitalization rules.
