Groupable ActionLinks

As christmas and the holiday season is approaching:

I would like to have the action links group-able. Especially I would like to have the feature to put each group of action links into a seperate select box.

Ok, instead of a wish a question: I do have defined several nested links, e.g.

    conf.nested.add_link(:documents)

    conf.nested.add_link(:histories)

    conf.nested.add_scoped_link(:children)

How can I put these nested links into one action link group?

Ok,  now answering my own question I declare this a selfcontained thread.

Its all in the above mentioned link, self-defined nested links dont need a seperate declaration, they are dealt with setting

    conf.nested.action_group='member.actions'

After reading your self-thread, I'm thinking action_group could be added to options (only for nested links) so you can add nested links to different groups.

Great, its working for me. Would it be asked too much if you can backport it to branch-3.2, which is the version I need on my current project?

I added a paragraph on the wiki page to describe this addition.

I usually don't add new features to old branch, however I have backported because it's small, and 3.3 can be delayed until I have time to add some improvements more for performance.
