       Salesforce.com platform expert, able to identify “how a client’s
       architecture all fits together!”
 
   - able to
       truly understand business and technical requirements to enable a
       technical solution
 
   - able to
       lead the review and creation of information systems strategy, meeting
       and in many cases, excelling the client’s expectations.
 
   - able to
       develop “enterprise-grade” information architecture and processes which
       truly utilise and realise the salesforce.com application technology.
 
   - able to
       ensure both business strategies and technology directions are aligned.
 
   - able to
       maintain and communicate tquila strategy for managing information,
       ensuring that uniformly recognised and accepted data definitions are
       developed and applied throughout.
 
   - able to
       model processes and information required to support tquila / tquila’s
       clients, as well as devising corresponding data structures and
       architectures.
 
   - able to
       analyse business processes and identify alternative solutions, assess
       feasibility and recommend new approaches, typically seeking to exploit
       new technology components.
 
   - able to
       set standards for programming tools and techniques and advise on their
       application and compliance.
 
   - able to
       orchestrate and manage all stages of the software development process.
 
   - to
       assign work, through the correct communication channels, to technical
       consultants, and monitor performance, providing advice, guidance and
       assistance.
 
   - able
        to provide expert salesforce.com advice.
 
   
  Desired Skills & Experience 
  
   - Experience
       working for a software consulting company or enterprise-grade end user,
       ideally as a Solution / Technical Architect
 
   
  
   - Ability
       to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied client
       facing environments
 
   
  
   - Demonstrable
       deep knowledge of the force.com platform. i.e. Apex  / Visualforce
 
   
  
   - 5+ years
       development / programming experience
 
   
  
   - salesforce.com
       certification to a DEV501 level is preferred, yet past experience in the
       field of Solution / Technical architecture is most definitely considered
       important. Tquila can assist any experienced non-certified consultants
       to become certified.
 
   - Experience
       working with a J2EE architecture: Java, XML, JSP, HTML,and SQL
 
   
  
   - Understanding
       of the architectural principals of web based platforms including SaaS,
       multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers.
 
   
  
   - Understanding
       of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud
       architectures.
 
   
  
   - Experience
       of enterprise application integration, including SOA,ESB, EAI, ETL
       environments and of integration considerations such as process
       orchestration, customer data integration and master data management.
 
   
  
   - Ability
       to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be
       responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work
       independently and/ or collaboratively, and a willingness to take
       ownership of problems to produce quality solutions.
 
   
  
   - Strong
       ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and
       exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
