Is ActiveMerchant Thread Safe? Can I put `PAYMENT_GATEWAY = ActiveMerchant::Billing::PaypalGateway.new(paypal_options` in an initializer and use PAYMENT_GATEWAY in my actions? Or should I just create a new instance for each used?
