Certificate (pem) for Sandbox account

Hey all,

I'm sure it's right in front of my eyes, but I can't seen to download
a certificate for my sandbox paypal account. It only gives me the
credentials as in username, password, signature. I am trying to get
the Express Payment working and every time I attempt it, it gives me
the "Security header is not valid". I believe that even though I have
the username, password and signature in there, it still wants a pem?

Any help would save me :D

You'll find that the sandbox is a bit ... difficult. Think about
deleting the sig and re-adding, this time with a pem.
