Dear
Partners,
I reviewed the e-book and as we are still not able to get a .doc version of this
e-book (a final
product of this partnership), I have some remarks to share with
you:
- First of all, an editor of our
e-book is written on the title page. As most of us know,
further information about the publication of the book,
including its copyright, editors and so on, is frequently
printed on the verso of the title page. As for the editor
position, our project coordinator was not editing texts, she
was creating the layout, the finishing look of the book, so it
is not correct to print her name on the title of the e‑book.
This e-book, as other results of our project activities,
belongs to each and every one of us.
- Also, the picture on the title
page was way better in the MS Word document
than after the application of the background (we already
repainted the picture and saved it in case you would be so
kind to change it, just write to me and Iļæ½ll send it).
- Furthermore, there are other
PhD's in our project team, why is only Meryem excluded?
- The second biggest issue, the number
of the project which has all copyrights (provided in
the second page of the e-book) belongs only to Turkey. All
partner countries have different project numbers. It
seems, that our someone doesn't know that or ... ? We cannot
present this result to our NA.

In this case, we can write
the following information:

  Project information:

   Creative active
learning material for science educators of vocational education

   Lifelong Learning
Programme

   Leonardo da Vinci
Multilateral project

- Also, during the meeting in
Romania we talked about given this e-book an ISBN
number. Where can we find it?
- If it is an e-book, why the
contents table has no links? We can not navigate within the
book. So it is a
simple static .pdf
document, not an actual ebook ļæ½ there is no interactivity.
- It seems that page 18 is scanned,
because it is smaller in size compared to the other ones.
- Some links in the e-book are not
visible and not working, because it was not rendered correctly
(pages 15, 27, 28, 56-57, 62, 76, 77, 80, 85, 95, 96, 101,
157, 173).
- Some of the pictures have very
low quality even for reviewing online (pages 32, 37, 44, 89,
116, 164, 165).
- In some cases the layout is
different or just not finished (page 121 (References)).
Romanian team did a very big job putting this e-book together,
so the least we could all do is to finish it in an honorable
way.
- There is no title of Table 4 in
the page 188.
- My suggestion would be to include
subsections or sub-chapters, because know, it is hard to find
an article just only scrolling through pages and searching by
the title.
So, all
in all, I ask once again,
because not only Vida, but also Christos and other partners
have asked:
Dear coordinator, could you send us the .doc
version of this book? I could correct all these listed
mistakes and send it to
all partners and they could print their own
.pdfļæ½ documents
or render with Issuu
platform (as agreed).
There
is no other choice but to correct this, so that we can all
agree on it.
Looking
forward to hear from you soon.
Kind
regards,
--
