I attached the final version of the project report which every contact person agreed.
I am really very upset for the things which happened on the last month of the project
In spite of many difficulties, I am happy to work with you.

The part A of the project should be same for each partners. If you had aadditional works, please write them to Part B, we cdont change anaything on Part A after this time.
 
For example; e-blogs should be written to 'Dissemination 'Please specify the dissemination activities caaried out' part on Part B

Dear Meryem and all,

after review of Evaluation report, which is still the same with lie and disrespect of partners, some indications were given by experts too:

1. evaluation questions are about works, but evaluated issues and comments are about personal dislikes and most of them do not connect or is not related to works' evaluation at all
2. evaluation comments were given also by people who did not join the project or did not have any relationship with the international team
   
3. it is mixed evaluation of meeting issues (such us hotels, dinners, etc.) with project process or works evaluation
4. evaluation report as product belongs only to Turkish partner and not to all project partners, copyrights of project is broken

Seeing that we have such situation, I can kindly note: if this report will be still online and published it will influence project in a bad way anyway. Therefore official letter (which is already prepared and connects evaluation report and total situation in the project and coordinators behavior with partner and her attitude and mistakes) will be send today after 14:00 if this report still will be online as incorrect view and unprofessional evaluation report.
According to National Agency official procedures can go on even after report will be submitted. That it is good to hear, because Turkish National Agency will have possibilities to take decisions connected with Turkish team activities and its correctness, qualification, budget, etc. in next weeks.

I believe you as our project coordinator can upload project logo to the EST. If I am correct, could you please check it, because now only a half of the logo is visible. It is certainly not a good presentation of our project to the community.

Dear Meryem,

I don't know what technical problem is stopping you from uploading project logo correctly, I hope you overcome them :)
I also attached the screen-shot how our project is presented in EST until sending this email.

But if it helps, I send you the recommendations how to upload the logo correctly below:

If you are the coordinator, you are encouraged to upload a logo or another image meaningful to the partnership. The maximum size of the image is 300 x 300 px -height and width - (please note that if the image exceeds the maximum size you will receive an error message) and the formats accepted are .JPG .PNG or .GIF. To check the image size and resize it before uploading, you can use any image/photo editing software such Gimp (www.gimp.org), Picasa (picasa.google.com), Irfanview (www.irfanview.com) (all freely available on the net) or Photoshop.
Whatever the image shape is, it will be displayed in the EST website as a square 80 by 80 px, next to the project data. We would encourage all coordinators to upload a logo or image for their project as this makes the database more visually appealing.
