Dear partners,
we can not allow that final evaluation will stay in website as it is now, also e-book with all copyrights ONLY to Turkey, declared only their number says so.
She is leaving Turkey and University, so, she is not interested in that. But what stays on the web, all this lie, could make bad impact for our institutions in the future.
I do not agree that all this lie will be online.
What to do? Please, Christos, could you contact Janos and Elena to ask if they agree with formal letter for National Agencies.

What you do with your mobilities does not concern any of the partners. This is issue is between you and your National Agency. Meryem must remove ALL comments from the form.

Hello friends.
I am writing to see if you can clear my doubts.
1. Because it is such a bad person Meryem?
2. Because it lies in the final report?
3. You can do something about it?
4. Vida, Christos my mobility we made before July 31, Madrid-Rome by plane, and Rome-Potenza rented car. I have tickets for all. But in the final report, Meryem has written that went to Italy because it was more economical displacement and the closest, and that did not go to Rome but to Potenza. You can lie in this way without any kind of evidence?
5. At the meeting in Spain, the Turkish team never warned that it would not attend the dinner, much less that he would not go to the Alhambra the next day. 20 We are witnesses of this. Why lie?
Also I have the three tickets for the dinner party I did not attend and we had to pay. No I have sent it did not seem important. Should I send them? 6. Most of the bad reviews about our work and make our association the 7 people who happen to Turkish team consists of 7 people.
7. Can our associations penalize us because of the report issued by Meryem?
8. Lourdes and I are very concerned. She does not sleep well at night due to impotence before this lie. What will happen?
9. My humble opinion is that has attacked our partnerships because among project members got along very well. Could this be the cause?
If due to Meryem report posted in the website is harmed our association, I myself will come to Turkey to clarify things right

I was wondering, is it a good idea to write old project website's address http://activelearningproject.com/ in the final report? Because it is not working properly - there are some security issues, because when entering, you get a message that the content is not safe therefore it is not advised to enter.. What do you, Meryem, think? Maybe you can write, that this address was used during the first year of the project.
And what about the E-BOOK? Will it be send at least as normal .pdf document, not the one with password.. and not working links in table of contents part... Why the copy function is off? And just a simple question: why a lot of pictures are taken of kids, when this is a project aimed at adults (Life Long Learning program)?
Also, I would like to make the final remark about the evaluation of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd meetings evaluation: please, write, which partners didn't find scientific proof of this evaluation? Please, be accurate, use frequency, numbers. We prepare the evaluation according to the EU recommendations which we got in Brussels. Our evaluation didn't suggest that those comments were given by all partners, it just simply summed up the submissions and listed comments that were received. That what a simple evaluation of general impression about partners' meetings should do. The meetings are not the most important part of the project. And how can you write about scientific justification, what frequently analysis; is it just a joke? A same number of people has to submit for the evaluation from each partner institution, then there would be a scientific evaluation. At least that is what we learn in math classes... Please, be reasonable and don't write lies.

Those Romanian teachers helped you a lot, and not forget Vida, she really did help you all the way through this project. If you have acknowledged their help, I think there would be no problems what so ever.
And what about logo competition? I remember the voting took about two hours, because you were entering all the votes into a simple word table and counting them manually. What a terrible waist of time. Why isn't this information in the final evaluation report?
Moreover, the language in all the reports has to be corrected. I advice to use at least a simple spell checker.
I am really disappointed that I took part in this project, because it brought me a lot of bad emotions and disappointment. I don't want to write this email to you, Meryem, there is no mutual communication between us. You have built a wall between us and I don't believe that it would ever be broken.

Both of the domain names adress the same web site. I really dont see any risk to write both of the web sites.

The links on the contents is not mandatory for an e-book. If you had suggested this when we were working on the editting e-book. We could do. But now, We upload our e-book to ISSUU and I cant change it any more. because, me and some of our partners submitted our project forms.
I cant attached the word version of e-book to the this e-mail. Becuse the file is soo big. It is 18 MB. Tomorrow I will try to upload it to project web page.

This is is a protection method to protect partner from the personal attracts. I wrote the reason of this many times to you.
Please ask this issue to a person who has a professional on assessment of educational evaluations. And, during the project I did everythink which improved the project result and what partners suggested to have better result about the ourcomes of our result.

I really didnt understand you. Every thing write on the project proposal about the compettitions. Please read them. we had to behave according the project how long it was.

Dont worry. I am not angry to you. We finnished the project. We sent our report to our national agenncy. There is nothing to do now.

today I got call from my National Agency asking how the things are going
on with final report. I spoke with them about the situation too. It was
suggested to write official letter and not to wait. So, I will send it
to you for your review and comments.
I think would be fair to explain situation and subjective final report.
Final report MUST BE THE SAME (except private parts) by all partners. It
is a rule and we can not provide different parts A. Or we must add
together additional documents with comments.
Therefore if you agree that all what is there mentioned as lie shouldn't
be there, please, let me know.
You can try to call to your National Agencies and see what they will
tell about part A. But all this lie and not nice things in the public
report about partners and adoring coordinator by herself is unbelievable.
p.s. I came back from international meeting and I met Turkish partner
who knows well Nigde's University Rector. He advices also to contact him
about this nice lady Meryem and explain the situation how nice she
coordinates, maybe she will get bonus for such "nice" collaboration and
things about partners. If you maintain this idea and Mihaela, Pedro, me
and Christos, please, let me know,

I noticed that Meryem probably because

also one question for finalizing e-book (we want to be correct in writing science degree near you): in some e-mails you are Dr. Meryem, in some PhD. Meryem or sometimes PHd.
Please, could you decide which one you wish to be? Or you don't see the difference? then maybe only Ph, just the number of Ph should be indicated :)
