Dear Meryem and all Partners, 

we read the final report prepared by the coordinator and we found it "not acceptable in various parts" from many reasons, but especialy because if you should send this versions of the report  to European Commision, it will sure cause problem to all the partnership (including the coordinator)....

dear Meryem try to understand that if you write bad things on the work done by a partner sure you will cause to this partner problems and controls... 

So, for this reason only, not to cause problem for nobody, we have corrected the report in different points, deleting/correcting the parts that we considered not good.

ATTENTION: The parts corrected are only in the part A  of course because the part B is connected only with national activities and sure will be different for each partner).

Please read our report and give us your ok till next sunday 23/09. 

If you agree with the proposed changes, we think that we could submit it and sure there is not the necessity to continue with "other" actions started by some partners... Ok??? 

We are all partners and we should close this experience with a good relations and with friendship...

Dear Giuseppe, We answer lately because we have some international meetings  where we participated  in September.. We agree very much  to have a  good  final report for the project,because we consider that we had a good project,with many activities and results. In this way I want to  have also  some considerations  for chapter "E2 .Outcomes " : We had  2 poster contests : -first  poster contest in Cyprus, data:1-04-2012 -second poster contest in Lituania ;data :26-08-2012 We had also a pictures contest in Lituania ,in 26-08-2012  But for change some things in the final report ,as you asked,  we must have the agreement of all partners,inclusive of our coordinator,Meryem  . I think Meryem it's upsed,because  she worked much like coordinator  and - however- every partner that have a difficulty or a dissatisfaction reproached her.Also, we  saw some impolite attitudes  about her and  threets -it's not normal ! Despite this things ,I believe that we can solve all misunderstandings and to finish well our project  ,withaut fights and war ,if we will have a more constructive atitude  each other. I believe that now you have the answers of partners ;I saw that Meryem answered you that is open to discussions   and I hope that the project will have  a happy end for all . The report in the attachment wasnt written by me. Community of the partners sent me their opinions (including you).

 
I read your report carrefully. there is no chaniging in various parts. You had changed only two parts on the project. These are:
E.8. COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION and  F.5. EVALUATION

 

I wrote my opinions in word format in the attachment.

 

According to me, We created all tasks what was written on the project proposal and we have to present them on the final report, too.

 

I really didnt understand you what is the meaning of 'other' actions. Please clarity what you wanted to tell me?

 

Please write your opinion on the word file.

We have to decide thid parts untill this evening. And we should put an and to this discussion friendly.
