About final evaluation form

Dear Partners,

Vida asked me to prepare the form for the final evaluation, so I was
wondering: do we leave an open evaluation of all partner institutions?
And do we evaluate Nigde university only as project coordinator not as a
partner institution (as we see in the final evaluation report)?

In my opinion, it is too long. What do You think?
