AIR database file location

In the AIR implementation, the database file is being created under
air.File.applicationDirectory, this really should be created under
air.File.applicationStorageDirectory, which is a directory much more
likely to have write privileges when the app is installed on a user's
machine. applicationDirectory seems to work on a Mac's default
installation path, but not Linux and Windows is hit and miss. I've
changed this to applicationStorageDirectory and it's working fine on
all deployed platforms.

If anybody is out there (this group seems to only get spam), let me
know if you want this committed back to the repo.
