Follow up on time-out on data base access

The fix was to delete the Active4D plugin and have it re-copied from the 4D Server.

Then it worked correctly again.

That means the software became corrupted somehow.

The symptom was extremely slow functioning for database access.

The tables being queried had a couple hundred records, and also 30,000 indexed records.
