Well Rested, an ActiveResource Alternative

While working on a recent project I had enough problems with
ActiveResource that I decided to write my own replacement. I just
released it under MIT license today.

It's called Well Rested, and it's available here:
https://github.com/DeepWebTechnologies/well_rested

It's a new library, and while I tried to be general, inevitably it
will be somewhat tuned for my own use cases.
