Are these the most recent install instructions for ActiveFedora on
Windows?

Attempting to follow it but ran into some issues, path names are
different, versions of some packages have been updated, and receive a
Ruby stack trace when attempting to hit the server. Wanted to check if
the Windows install is still supported before spending any more time.
