Datatel WCMS - the new one & Recruiter

Hello, is anyone planning on upgrading to Datatels new CMS that they
plan on rolling out soon? Also is anyone getting recruiter?

I heard one school already has the new cms and it is live. I don't
have the URL but if anyone has it please let me know.

I did some research on the company they partnered up with, Ektron. I got mostly mixed reviews from other Higher Ed Institutions. YMMV.

We are getting Recruiter and doing away with AA - we just had our
first "on site"

Mike,

From a webmaster's point of view I am liking it a lot! It puts a good
deal of the responsibility on the Admissions department - there are 3
pages that I have to link to (login page, events page and welcome
page) so from my perspective it is much easier than the clunky CMS
that was Active Admissions.

The Admissions folks seem pleased too, it will mean some changes in
their business processes, but I think they are for the better. So far
I am happy.

Yes, we are planning to upgrade (although I don't know when).
We had Ektron do a presentation of the software, and it looks like a
much better product than ActiveCampus.
