Online Application payment problem!

We still have not gone live with our Online Application. We have run
into another issue!

We were about to go live when we tested actual credit cards, and
couldn't find the application fee anywhere in colleage, we emailed
datatel and received this:
"There isn’t any integration between ActiveAdmisisons and Colleague
for application fees. The only way I know how to get that information
over is to manually enter it."

Is this really true? Are all the other schools manually entering in
each application fee?

Has anyone gone live with their application? If so, do you have to
manually enter in data?

Feedback would greatly be appreciated!

Hi Sarah - Frustrating!! Did you find out more regarding this issue? We are about to implement an application fee for the first time and had to pay for Datatel to make us a program to integrate into our system (I believe Colleague?). They won't be done until "early May"... What did you guys end up doing?

We take credit card payments online. We have Active Apply only.
For particulars, email cz...@stcc.edu. He is our network administrator
and he would know more about this than me.
We do not enter anything manually.
