Failed Result in Integration Workbench

Hello everyone,
We have been trying to launch our online application for months now--
more and more issues keep coming up! Yesterday I tested a prospective
student in our Live Account, went to Integration Workbench to bring it
over and received this Failed Result:

Failed-Object reference not set to an instance of an object. - at
ActiveCampus.forms.form.Get(Folder Folder, String name) at
ActiveCampus.Forms.FormManager.ActiveCampus.Forms.IConsoleFormManager.GetForm
(String fullPath) at Active Campus.Integration

I've never seen an error like this before! We are also getting a
Failed Result for the whole application as well. Any input would be
greatly appreciated!

Hi all,

Not 100 percent sure this relates entirely to Integration, but we have
been encountering this error: "Object reference not set to an instance
of an object" in other areas. Specifically as we create content type
Items (both delivered and custom).

Does anyone know the root cause of this error? What is strange is
that it can occur 3x in a row and then with no change to the criteria,
it will work on 4th attempt.

We are running ActiveCampus 2.1.5.54.

Happens to us, too... but always seems to right itself when I just
keep clicking.
