targeting content

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a good handle on customization for Datatel (targeting content)? Has anyone created their own "missing manual" on this matter?

I need some help customizing a user experience for logged in users. And I would like to basically know all the things that are advertised in this Datatel Poster (see attached).

I have reviewed the Advanced Training manual (pages 70-80) but it is not much help.  Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a manual, but here is what I do know...

Your Sort order must be Targeted Audience in Descending order followed
by Presented in Ascending order. If you reverse it, or get the
ascending descending stuff wrong, it will not work.

Outside of that, that's all you have to do for a content list to make
it start displaying targeted content.
