can we import the graphics animation or 3D-images designed in maya to opengl environment??

There are no importers included with ICM that will bring a file directly into the OpenGL animation application.

As noted in this post, you can create proxy geometry in max or maya to create ICM features.

If your goal is to export a world or character and bring it into an application, you're better off looking at a more fully featured engine.

We used the OgreMax exporter to bring the playground into Ogre for that sample. http://www.ogremax.com/

For Unity, you can use FBX. We found Unity to be the easiest path.
