Can you restate your questions? I don't understand what error you are
seeing.

I will also restate that ActivateNET.Server and ActivateNET.Remote
only support a subset of ICM functionality. They are not complete and
are not recommended for use at this time.

KinematicActor sample uses a script that does fast OpenGL copies. Try
running the application in OpenGL mode. That wasn't well documented.

I'm seeing some similar things. What version of Unity are you using?
What type of GPU do you have installed?

This worked on my machine on Unity 3.4 with an ATI card. I now have
Unity 3.5 with an NVIDIA GPU. One of those seem the likely culprits.
It's most likely a result of the upgrade to Unity 3.5. If I do a
standalone build, the video works, but the capsules do not render
correctly.

Well, that would point to the code working correctly on AMD GPUs but
not NVIDIA GPUs. I'll try to test that.

ActivateNET.Server and ActivateNET.Remote only support a subset of ICM
functionality. They are not complete and are not documented at this
time. If I recall, they handle a single user, floor features, and
animation matching.

We do not recommended their use.

If you want to play with it, you are welcome, but we can't commit to
supporting it since we haven't productized that code.

I just took a look at it in a fresh reinstall. The following steps got
it working for me:

-Open Build\ActivateServer.sln
-Build the solution.
-Run ActivateServer with the command-line option "-port 4343"
-Open the UnityWebRemote project in Unity.
-Open the SituationRoom_RemoteServer scene.
-Run the scene.

You can modify the Remote Connection script in Unity to change the
target IP and port.
