1. Keep the pressure up on your MoCs during Spring Recess

It's week 2 of recess, and many elected officials are still avoiding their constituents. Make your voice heard by showing up at a Town Hall, calling and asking for an in-person Town Hall, or meeting your Representative at their district office.

2. Show up on Saturday, April 7 for a March for Our Lives Town Hall near you

Let's keep the March for Our Lives momentum going by showing up at a Town Hall to tell your representative that you want common sense gun safety legislation. If your MoC isn't already holding a town hall, this is a great way to have one for them and make your voice heard. Give your MoCs a call this week and ask them if they'll be attending the Town Hall for Our Lives in your district.

3. Call your Senators to oppose Mike Pompeo and Gina Haspel

Mike Pompeo's confirmation hearing for Secretary of State is expected to start shortly after recess, followed by a hearing of Haspel to replace him as CIA Director. Pompeo, unlike his predecessor Tillerson, largely agrees with Trump's hawkish, isolationist ideology that could lead to America pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal. And Haspel's history of torturing detainees is making even Republicans question her ability to lead the CIA.

4. Get up to speed on Congress' plans once they're back in session

Once Congress is back in session, they only have a few months to pass legislation ahead of the midterm elections. Read up on what they'll be working on so we can continue to stymie the Trump agenda in Washington.

5. Mark your calendar for next week's Tax March 

Tax Day is coming up April 17. From April 10-17, show up at a March to remind your MoCs that we will not forget how they voted on the Tax Scam.
