Question on syncing by pushing files from multiple devices

I know that this question may not be a direct one for AC, but wanted to inquire none the least. I'd like to push my AC items across multiple devices as some material my company does not want going external. What file or files do I need to push across my devices using bluetooth/NFC so I can have the same AC items on multiple devices. Thanks for the help and great product.

On Android you could use export/import (MENU/Export... or MENU/Import... while in AC).
