Sync on Android failed

Hi,

i changed my smartphone and on the new one, the sync every time failed. (Today on my old phone the sync was right. There - where it is all rigth - the AC app has an old version from 25. Nov. 2013. On the new phone with the new AC App from 9. Mr. 2014, the sync failed.)

The Google-account is the same, as in my AC Web.

The internet-connection is ready and my AC Web is paid.

I have allready used the other hints in this group. (uninstall/reinstall etc.).

Please help!

Michael,

Please do this:
  1. Disable the sync with AC for Web in AC for Android
  2. Go to Google's Account Permissions - Account Settings and revoke access to ActionComplete GTD Toolkit (there might be many entries like that there)
  3. Enable the sync with AC for Web in AC for Android. If you have multiple Google accounts setup on your phone, please make sure to pick the right one (the one you use to sign in to AC for Web)

Hi Boris,

in the Google Account Settings are only the access from ActionComplete Web and my smartphone in complete. Single apps from my smartphone are not listed.

May be there is another reason:
When i started with ActionComplete for Web and for Android in 2012, my google Account ends with ...@googlemail.com.
Later Google changed my mail adress in ...@gmail.com, but the synchronisation Web to Android are still ready.
Now i changed my smartphone and on my new smartphone i started with ...@gmail.com.
In the options in ActionComplete Web my Email Alias was since yet ...$googlemail.com.
If i try to change it in ...$gmail.com i get this error: "This email alias is already taken"

Can you help?

Michael,

That very well might be the issue. I've just changed your email address to ...@gmail. Please give it a try, both in AC for Web and on your phone, and let us know how it goes.
