Hi,
i changed my smartphone and on the new one, the sync every time failed. (Today on my old phone the sync was right. There - where it is all rigth - the AC app has an old version from 25. Nov. 2013. On the new phone with the new AC App from 9. Mr. 2014, the sync failed.)
The Google-account is the same, as in my AC Web.
The internet-connection is ready and my AC Web is paid.
I have allready used the other hints in this group. (uninstall/reinstall etc.).
Please help!
