Sascha,

Please check your mailbox, including the spam folder, for my response on March 20.

Nowadays enterprise email systems go overboard to protect employee mailboxes. You might be better off using a public email provider such as Gmail when communicating with AC support.

Usually you get a response from AC support within a few hours, oftentimes much faster than that. If you didn't, it likely means something's not right on your side. If that's the case, please use an alternative communication method (as you did). Please don't wait for 2 days, especially if you suspect a major issue.

While email is a good way to communicate with us, there are a few alternative ways: twitter.com/actioncomplete, facebook.com/actioncomplete, and https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/101075295922832371098/101075295922832371098/posts.

Here's what I suggest you to do:
  • Make sure View/"Show Tasks without Due Date" is checked
  • Reset the filters
  • Force-refresh the browser window (Ctrl-F5 or Cmd-R)
Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Borys Burnayev

Sascha,

You have a tag filter set. Please click the Reset button to the right of the Due Date filter.

A reset filter should read <any ...>. All 5 (or 6 if you use People) of them should be like that.

Kind regards,
Borys

Sascha,

I'm going to send an email to your googlemail address and ask you something about your tasks. Please make sure you check that mailbox including the Spam folder.

Kind regards,
Borys
