The sync between AC for Web and AC for Android is currently broken and won't be fixed for a long time if ever. As Ross mentioned in the thread, the underlying cause is a backwards-incompatible change in Android.
I'm working on a new, device-centric version of ActionComplete that puts sync front and center. For a variety of factors the development doesn't go as fast as I'd like it to, and I can't say when the new version will see the light of the day.
Here's what you can do:
- Request the full refund of your AC for Web license ($19.99)
- Use AC for Web in Chrome on your Android device. Not as convenient as the native app but works.
